I love boneless, skinless chicken thighs because they are so flavorful, affordable, and simple to prepare. To be honest, I have a hard time messing up chicken thighs. They are not so dark as to turn off those who prefer white meat, but just dark enough to keep the flesh soft. Every person who frequently dines at my place has had chicken thighs.
Ingredients:
FOR THE CHICKEN:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Olive oil
FOR THE SAUCE (OPTIONAL):
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
Instructions:
Step:No:01
As you preheat the oven, season the chicken. Preheat the oven to 425°F and place a rack in the center. Put one pound of skinless, boneless chicken thighs in a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste. Salt and pepper are essentially all that is needed for basic seasoning on this meat. To assist the beef brown well in the oven at this point, if I’m not adding any sauce, I also drizzle a little olive oil over it.
Step:No:02
Prepare a sauce, if desired. 4 minced garlic cloves should be put in a medium-sized basin. Add one tablespoon of Dijon mustard, one tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, one tablespoon of olive oil, and one teaspoon of packed brown sugar. Mixing until well blended.
Step:No:03
Mix the sauce with the chicken. Drizzle the chicken with the sauce and mix thoroughly.
Step:No:04
Place the chicken in an ovenproof dish. Arrange the chicken in an 8- or 9-inch baking dish in a single layer. Just place the chicken into the dish without greasing it.
Step:No:05
Cook the chicken on the grill. Thighs without bones or skin cook quite rapidly. Roast for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Continue roasting and check the temperature every five minutes if they’re still not done.
Step:No:06
Give the fowl a rest. After taking the baking dish out of the oven, cover it with foil and give the chicken ten minutes to rest. It will become more delicate as a result. Consume and relish!
