Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 ½ tablespoons canola oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
Step No.01
Mix the soy sauce, ketchup, honey, sesame oil, Dijon, vinegar, ginger, and garlic in a medium-sized bowl. Set aside 1/3 cup and reserve.
Step No.02
The chicken and soy sauce combination should be combined in a big bowl or a gallon-sized Ziploc bag. The chicken should be marinated for at least two hours and up to eight hours, turning the bag occasionally. After the chicken has marinated, drain it.

Put chicken pieces on skewers. Apply a canola oil brush and season with salt and pepper according to taste.

Grill at a medium temperature.

Place the skewers on the grill and cook, rotating them from time to time, for about 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Cook the skewers for a further one to two minutes after brushing them with the remaining soy sauce mixture.
